OTRS - New Email arrival
Dear All,
I'am wondering if there is any one can help here, I'am using OTRS for since a year agao for TT support.
When a new email ticket comes, how can I make it once arrived to be higher in place @ the Dashboard to make (in another words, who to make ticket 'emails' arranged in ascending order with the time of arrival)

Sure. I've just needed to edit some OTRS Sysconfig parameters to make it showes the newest email (once received) at the top of the Dashboard.

The Dashlet New Tickets will already show them, the newest on top.

Thanks jojo for the reply, but new email received for the same ticket number, this ticket not found @ the top of the dashboard.

The are arranged by the date of the ticket, not the date of the latest article. You can not change it
