Hello guys, I have a question. When I create a report and download it as csv, the ticket number is too big for excel to interpret it so I keep getting ################. I like the yearmonthdaynumber format but I want to change it to 120129001 for instance (2 numbers for the year, 2 numbers for the month, 2 numbers for the year and 3 numbers for the tickets). Is there any way I could do that? I don't mind modyfing the code if you show me the file that contains the function to generate the ticket #.
Appreciate any help you guys could give me.
