On the Dashboard you have sort filters of 'Locked Tickets', 'My Queues' and 'All' for each ticket state, is it possible to create a new one of these, for example 'My Group'?
I want to be able to see calls that are active for my team members but not their projects calls which would be displayed in the 'All' filter?
Hope this makes sense??
Any help is much appreciated.
