Show customer body in AgentTicketNote template

Post by hitazcl »

Dear all,

I am looking for a solution to show the original text of a ticket in the note view.
I tried $Data{"Body"} but nothing is being displayed.

Any idea/ solution?

Regards

That would require development, as there is no provision to translate fields in Note.

The reason is simple enough: It's a note, not a correspondence method, and all variables are already exposed in the interface to retrieve the note.

Ok, if I understand you right: does that mean the content of the origianl ticket/article is not available in variables being in the AddNote mode?

Unless you discover different, I wouldn't expect any variables at all to work in a Note, including original content.
