Hello!
Is there any way to change the default position of the Dashboards widgets on a Dashboard screen for a new user?
I would like that the New Tickets queue is at the top, followed by Open Tickets below by default, without having to change it manually for each OTRS user.
Do you have any idea what should be changed in the system, please?

Every agent can move widgets on dashboard by themselves.

I need to be able to force a standard view centrally. Too much democracy leads to anarchy in my case
