For reasons best known to themselves, my users would like to be able to create a ticket without an e-mail address. The NewTicketPhone and NewTicketEmail forms insist on having an e-mail address in the "From customer" field.
I know I am probably asking a ridiculous question, and what any customer is doing without an e-mail address in the 21st century is a mystery to me, but is there any way of creating a ticket without an e-mail address?
