Commands execution through email
Is there a way to execute commands through email? Like, if I want to know ticket status and send email to OTRS with certain command to get ticket status.

You could build a custom PostMaster Filter to do that or use procmail.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
