Hi
I have a Q about autoreply, is it possible to use more then one autoreply depending on the customer languages.
I want to use autoreply in English and Swedish depending on the customer.
I have created autoreply in two languages but i cant find how to link customers into different languages.

did you figure this out? Or anybody else?
I'd like to know that as wel - more over, it would be interesting how to do it with first time mail addresses (not existing customers).

Auto-replies apply to queues.
The most expedient way is to add both translations to the same autoreply.
Otherwise, you'll need to find a way to forward to a queue that autoreplies with the appropriate language.
