SolutionInMin is zero

Dear All,

i m new to OTRS , I Wanna arrange agents according to their fast solution ? how can i so that ! i thought of arranging agents in the accesnding order of solutionInMin but OTRS is not calculating solution in min !!!

how can i make t happen ! pls help
