Hi, I have a problem with OTRS manual installation.
I'm not able to install Additional PERL Packages because the download link for OTRS-Win32-Perl-Packages (coming via FTP from ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/misc/win32/OTRS-Win32-Perl-Packages.zip:) doesn't work.
Can someone tell me where I can find this package?

you can install all Packages via CPAN or ppm (Active perl)
run the program otrs.checkModules in the OTRS binary directory and you'll get a lost of needed modules
