I would like to add to the list of selected filters in use on the agent ticket search window. For example, I want the "Subject" filter to always be on the search window so that it doesn't have to be selected as a filter option.
I thought maybe this would be configurable in system configuration Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketSearch###DefaultColumns but I can't see how.
Is this possible?

Hi,
Looks like you got the proper setting. But up to 6.0.6 there's a bug: https://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13408
And I don't see a fix on Bugzilla or the upcoming patchlevel: https://github.com/OTRS/otrs/blob/rel-6_0/CHANGES.md

Re: How to customize "Filters in Use" on ticket search
Hi,
Is there any option to change Filters in Use for now? I would like to add for example Ticket Number to be always on search window. I also tried changing setting in System Configuration by changing Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketSearch###DefaultColumns but it still doesn't work. Is there any solution for that?
Greetings,
LoVo

Search the system configuration for settings named like Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketSearch###Defaults### and enable the ones you need.
