Template field dissapears from New Ticket

I'm using KIX and I think it's giving my a problem, but I don't know how to solve it.

I'm using my own theme to customize the new email ticket page, but the field template and the right column Customer information are gone!!

I've just copied the file AgentTicketEmail.dtl from otrs to my theme folder (/Kernel/Output/HTML/Myfolder), and when I use this theme, template field dissapears!

Can KIX4OTRS be implied with this behaviour?
