OTRS 5.0.13 ruft nur erste Mail vom Postfach ab

Hallo,

ein OTRS 5.0.13 auf einem Debian 8 64bit ruft von einem IMAP-Postfach auf localhost (IMAPd ist Dovecot) nur die erste Mail im Postfach ab. Wenn ich die Mails manuell über das Admininterface in OTRS hole, werden alle abgeholt und das Postfach ist wieder leer. Hier eine Log vom otrs-Benutzer:

Ich sehe bisher keine Fehlermeldungen, manuell funktioniert es und der otrs.Daemon.pl läuft auch:

Ich kann auf das Postfach auch per Roundcube zugreifen. Die erste Mail wird nicht gelöscht sondern nur als gelesen markiert, der Rest bleibt ungelesen und kommt nicht im OTRS an.

Edit: jetzt sehe ich, dass die erste Mail die automatisch abgerufen und nur als gelesen markiert wird, immer wieder eingelesen wird. Also ca 20 Tickets mit dem selben Betreff aber einige Tickets davon sind leer und zeigen "Dieser Eintrag hat noch keine Artikel" an wenn man sie öffnet.

Edit2: ich habe auch mal den pop3d installiert und das Protokoll in OTRS auf POP3 umgestellt, es ist exakt das gleiche Verhalten. Sehr seltsam...

Edit3: Ah, jetzt komme ich langsam weiter. Ursache ist wohl der grsec-Kernel der eine Aktion von OTRS nicht zulässt:

Ich habe es jetzt erstmal mit "echo "0" > /proc/sys/kernel/grsecurity/harden_ipc" gelöst.

Trotzdem bleibt natürlich die Frage, wieso funktioniert das beim manuellen abrufen der Mails? Könnte man das nicht in OTRS lösen, denn es sieht gerade für mich eher nach einem OTRS-Problem aus?
