Anhänge möchten nicht und komische Fehler

Hallo zusammen,

in meinem OTRS 6 werden Anhänge nicht richtig versendet, es erscheint recht willkürlich, ob und wieviele der Anhänge auf die Reise gehen. Im Protokoll it folgendes zu finden:

Keiner eine Idee? Ich bin am Verzweifeln und überlege bereits, OTRS downzugraden

Das von Dir gepostete Log sagt nix zum versenden aus, lässt aber auf generelle Probleme bzgl. Zeichensatz schließen.

Auch lässt die Pfadangabe vermuten das hier die Innstallation nicht zwingend nach Vorgabe erfolgt ist, prüfe bitte auch noch das Kommunikationslog
