Hi,
I need this sollution, after when agent lock ticket, ask to change/correct ticket queue. It is possible to do it in some settings or I need change code ?

Is it always the same queue the ticket should be sent to when the ticket gets locked...

No, agent should select queue.

There is no way to do that... You might need to add some javascript that checks if the locking was changed and shows an dialog that asks the agent to change the queue
