Hi Guys,
my Problem with OTRS right now is that i have done some configurations and now the Locked after the OwnerChange doesn't work anymore.
Do you have any Type of Ideas i looked up the RequiredLock function in the ViewOwner Sysconfig but I was already true and i also locked up some things of this Ticket: viewtopic.php?t=5151.
