Hallo Community,
ich habe eben ein interessantes Phänomen entdeckt.Ich versuche Assets zu importieren was laut log auch wunderbar funktioniert.
In der Übersicht werden Sie dann allerdings nicht angezeigt.
Wenn ich aber ./otrs.ITSMConfigItemDelete.pl --class Notebooks
ausführe wird auch die richtige Anzahl gelöscht.
Hat jemand ne Idee?

Kannst Du mal nach einem Asset suchen?
Alternativ mal ein CI von Hand anlegen, ob das sichtbar ist.
Und mal auch mit dem Export rumspielen.
Hast Du einen fixen Filter in Deiner Anzeige eingebaut?

hat sich erledigt...wir haben neue Deployment states und die waren postproduktive
