Hallo
Ich habe Services und CI's bereits in einer DB und möchte diese jetzt von OTRS aus abfragen. Ähnlich wie Customer.
Habe hier gelesen viewtopic.php?f=53&t=26322&p=105363&hil ... nd#p105363 ,dass das nicht gehe.
Ist das so?
Muss ich die DB anders füllen?
Tips sind sehr willkommen.

ich denke du musst aus dem bestehenden System einen (CSV) Export machen und dann mit dem Import / Export Modul in die CMDB einfügen

Ist es möglich, dass Import/Export "nur" für CI's funktioniert?

ist eigentlich nichts zum fürchten; läuft stabil und gut; ich führe da Informationen aus vielen System zusammen- Telefonanlage
- Inventory
- Monitoring
- ERP System
- ...

Hab das nicht so ernst gemeint. So schnell fürchte ich mich dann doch nicht.
Aber ev. kannst du mir gerade sagen wie man einen Import von CLI aus anstossen kann.
Sonst muss ich halt suchen....

auf der GuI eine Import/Export Definition erzeugen
<otrs_pfad>/bin/otrs.ImportExport.pl -n <nummer der Definition> -a import -i /tmp/importfile.csv
aufpassen, dass es in der Definition immer einen eindeutigen Key gibt und der auch als solcher definiert ist
