Webfrontend Kunde, Text wird gelöscht

Hallo,

unsere Kunden verwenden das Webfrontend.
Wenn der Text erfasst wird und danach eine Anlage ausgewählt wird, ist der Text im Feld weg.
Das passiert auch wenn man den Typ nach der Texterfassung ändert.

Hat einer von euch eine Idee für mich ?

OTRS 3.2.8 - KIX4OTRS - ConfigureCallHome - ZnunyCustomerMap - running on CentOS 6.4 and MySQL
anyone who finds clerical errors can keep it...
