We are proud to announce OTRS 2.1.7 (Playa Esmeralda).
This is the latest release of OTRS 2.1, and contains some bug
fixes. For a complete list see below.

The OTRS team recommends all OTRS 2.1.x users to upgrade to OTRS 2.1.7.
