In collaboration between OTRS community users, cape IT GmbH and the xxx the second OTRS Community Meeting (OCM 2) will take place on the 19th and 20th of March, 2011, at the Chemnitzer Linuxtage (CLT). The two day program is made up of the following elements :
Community Stand
- The stand will be open the entire event
- The OCM-Team is still searching for stand personal. The time devoted is irrelevant, even a half an hour is a great help.
- Additionally, the Perl Community will be at our stand, as they were not able to get a stand of their own.
- For future events, please let us know if you would like to offer your services as stand personal.
- Two unbeatably price worthy back-to-back workshops will take place on Saturday (only a 5 Euro participation fee).
- They mark the beginning of a series of workshops to follow in the future.
- The goal of the workshops is to further empower community users to support others and develop on OTRS.
- Registration for the workshop is possible via the Chemnitzer Linuxtage homepage.
- The OCM team is always accepting applications for trainers and helpers for future workshops.
- A large user meeting is scheduled for Sunday afternoon (13:00 - 17:00).
- This is a time of idea collection and problem discussion.
- The OCM-Team will moderate and also participate.
- The goal of this meeting is to lay the foundation for a self-managed community per example of other projects like: LibreOffice, Icinga or KDE.
- The OCM-Team asks to please R.S.V.P. for planning purposes.
- Three back-to-back presentation on Sunday morning (10:00 - 13:00)
