where can I find this ticket??
I want to use a ldap query for mutiple domains and therefore I can not set the Basedn. (because each domain has a different basedn).
I use the version 2.2.1 for windows, so the feature should be available???

where can I find this documentation in defaults.pm ?
I need this feature for our domain structure. We can use this behaviour (no basedn) in LDIF queries to find any domain-user without problem. But we have no success in configurating OTRS to use "no basedn".
If you are familiar with this feature, it would be helpful to have an example !
Perhaps anybody else did this already ???
