Instalação do OTRS em W2K8 (x64) com IIS e MSSQL

Prezados, boa tarde!

estou tendo alguns problemas para efetuar a instalaçõ do OTRS em um servidor w2k8 com MSSQL e IIS. Alguem já efetuou a isntalaçõa da ultima versão nesta plataforma?
Me recordo de ter instalado uma das versões anteriores e nao tive muitos problemas... Já desta vez nem o banco eu estou conseguindo fazer o otrs conectar.... Vejam a saida do OTRS.CHECKDB:

Mas a conexão está correta com o ODBCAD32... Bem como usuário e senha usados no kernel.pm. Outra coisa que que achei estranho é que nesta versão não tem as linhas de configurações do MSSQL por padrão.

Galera,


o DSN que eu estava configurando era x64, porem a aplicação é x86 a fonte que tem que ser configurada em x86.

O usuário que você está utilizando não possue permissão de escrita no log do otrs, verifique as permissões deste usuário na pasta do OTRS
