We are located in Poland. We have already installed OTRS but need some consultancy or even setup of OTRS to our needs.
We are starting selling some software and need to build some email system so program users can contact us and inform about their problems.
We would like that this is with some ticket system. It would be fine if anyone from our company could answer to user mail.
It would be good if some answers we could collect so in case someone is asking the same question then we can answer using some template. In future we would like to redirect some emails depends of language used.
