- negative is negative... meaning, escalation has been reached
- positive is good ... meaning, escalation is not reached. Time was left
- zero is neutral ... no escalation at all

You can disable the FollowUp Filter for "Reference", which is enabled by default.

basically it is the same. You need to unpack the new version, set the permission, copy the config and re run the migration script.
After that, reinstall the addons (if there any), restart the webserver and you are good.

es gab eine Anpassung an der Ticket.xml. Daher wurde die Ticket.xml mit kopiert.
Damit fehlen aktuelle Einstellungen und das Notification Modul bricht ab.
Die Anpassung wird jetzt in eine separate XML verlegt.

wenn nur Sendmail aktiv ist und trotzdem Mails raus gehen, würde ich vermuten das dein Mail Setup lokal im Linux gehandelt wird. Dann findest Du in Znuny gar keine Config.
Vermutlich (geraten) in der main.cnf des Postfix. Dort ist sicher ein Relayhost eingetragen.

I think there are malformed characters in the tickets you are indexing.
This can happen. A mail for example states to be utf8 and the content, for some reason, is not.
