after Upgrade from 4.0.16 to 5.0.7 :: no FAQ content
ran update from 4.0.16 to 5.0.7 successfully.
had to install/upgrade FAQ package manually after that, now I see FAQ categories, but no actual FAQ content.
What is recommended? Re-import FAQ tables into DB from pre-upgrade mysql dump?

Ja klar drücke ich den Button, wenn der Cursor mitten im zu teilenden Zitat steht :) Vielleicht ist es ja auch ein wenig abhängig vom Client, ich bediene OTRS von Gentoo Linux Kisten aus, evtl ist da irgendwas im Detail anders als zB auf Windows-Clients (die wahrscheinlich die Mehrheit der Leute hie...

Habe heute 4.0.3 installiert (bzw das Update darauf durchgeführt) und wenn ich jetzt einem Kunden antworten will, funktioniert der Button "Zitat aufteilen" nicht mehr. 2 verschiedene Browser versucht ... leider nein. Sieht noch jemand dieses Verhalten? Ideen für eine Lösung der Problematik...

Für mich sieht es danach aus, daß der Browser Opera dieses Problem hat ... und zwar die leider schon veraltete Linux-Version 12.16 (hier unter Gentoo Linux). Chrome hat das Problem nicht ... mal sehen, was Opera Beta tut (v 26). Mittlerweile fahre ich OTRS-4.0.0rc1 ... EDIT: Opera Beta macht das auc...

No. but if you must, test with a distribution list email address that goes to both boxes. The new tickets will be generated at Production and Test so you won't lose the ticket creation. Problem tritt wieder auf ... erst dachte ich, es passiert, wenn ich zufällig/irrtümlich in 2 verschiedenen Browsern am selben Rechner (eine IP?) in OTRS angemeldet bin.
Das alleine ist es allerdings auch nicht.
Sonst keiner mit diesem Thema?

Thanks for the pointer ... I was already able to do the upgrade(s) correctly. Rolled back twice .. in the end I was successful by dumping the DB ... editing the engine-type of all the tables and reimporting.
