Wir hatten ein ähnliches Problem mal mit einer 5er-Instanz von OTRS. Da lag die Ursache des Problems letztlich daran, dass die Datenbank-Tabelle für die Attachments das falsche Format hatte. The commands you see where provided by Znuny4OTRS-Repo and if the repo is installed in 5 you can upgrade also with --force. Anyway, I solved the error you showed on more than one system by package upgrading.

Wenn OTRS zu dem Kundenbenutzer der am Ticket hängt keinen Eintrag findet, dann zeigt er halt keine Kundendaten an.

From the documentation of Net::LDAP:

As I read in your german thread it works well with a new database and only occur with the migrated data. Did you check for missing indexes? I would enable slow query logging.

klar. Für mich hat das mit

Did you change anything on the Apache configuration? What's the log files content if you stop httpd, clean /var/log/httpd/ and start the webserver again?

ich vermutet die Benachrichtigung ist wieder extern? Dann wird das natürlich deutlich komplexer. Ich kann nur empfehlen OTRS so zu nutzen wie's gedacht ist: soll der Kunde eine E-Mail bekommen explizit via Antworten.

how do i do that? You have to login via the VM's console or via a ssh client. - Roy I logged into the console and via puTTy (ssh) to the appliance IP, but "telnet" doesnt appear to be a locla command. How should I call it up? Also, I use POP3 (995), so does telnet still work for that port...
