Can OTRS link a status to users? So for example, the user 'Josh' can't see the status 'Working on it' and user 'John' can see the status 'Working on it'

Can i add config items to my statistics? So that i can export ticket information and config information at once, in one csv file.

i do see a differance! sorry. But i hoped you know how to change the other fields, like where you fill in the customers info.

because i would like to add another field to that to expand the costumers info. Do you maby know how to do that?
