Maybe https://github.com/OTRS/SystemMonitoring is something that fits your needs. That addon checks incoming mails and it tries to add followup mails to existing (open) tickets and close them... After installation, you have to configure the postmaster filters in the SysConfig.

Hast Du mal die JavaScript Konsole der Entwicklertools angeschaut? Kommen da Meldungen? Oder sind Sicherheitsfeatures aktiviert, die es nicht erlaubt, Inhalte in iFrames nachzuladen?

In OTRS5 gibt es die SysConfig-Optionen Ticket::Frontend::DefaultRecipientDisplayType und Ticket::Frontend::DefaultSenderDisplayType. Die kannst Du mal umstellen auf "Vollständiger Wert".

cpanminus can install modules into both system Perl and user specific directory. Did you check that the modules were installed into system Perl?

The "Tickets" thing is a menu item in the top navigation bar. When you do not see this menu item, you should check the groups you belong to and the groups settings in the SysConfig for AgentTicketPhone and AgentTicketEmail.

That would need development... You could write your own Kernel/System/PostMaster/NewTicket.pm where you loop over the recipients and create a ticket for each recipient that is a system address.

You should sort the ticket overview by "changed" not by age.

Did you mark the queues as "My Queues" in the preferences? You only get notifications for those queues...

You .htaccess stuff is only for accessing .exe files. That doesn't affect the possibility to attach .exe files to tickets...

To avoid those attachments in incoming mails, you could write your own postmaster filter module. For the agents stuff, you should train your agents, and you can change the code of all modules that allow uploading files....

This depends on what you have configured. By default the OTRS logs into Syslog. On Debian/Ubuntu the syslog can be found at /var/log/syslog, on CentOS it is /var/log/messages

You may need to change the "MinimumLogLevel" in SysConfig to debug.
