You .htaccess stuff is only for accessing .exe files. That doesn't affect the possibility to attach .exe files to tickets...

To avoid those attachments in incoming mails, you could write your own postmaster filter module. For the agents stuff, you should train your agents, and you can change the code of all modules that allow uploading files....

This depends on what you have configured. By default the OTRS logs into Syslog. On Debian/Ubuntu the syslog can be found at /var/log/syslog, on CentOS it is /var/log/messages

You may need to change the "MinimumLogLevel" in SysConfig to debug.

Was meinst Du mit "einbinden"? Wenn Du damit "migrieren" meinst, dann schau Dir mal "OTRSCloneDB" (ftp://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/packages/) an. Dazu gibt's hier im Forum auch einige Threads...

What do you mean with "disable"? Do you want to filter attachments from incoming mails? Do you want agents to not upload attachments of some types?

Did you check that the ticket notifications work generally (add a third party mail address to the ticket notifications)? Did the agents select some queues in the preferences? Are there any messages in the log file(s)?

When the manager has the same CustomerID as the members of the unit, the manager can see all the tickets in the customer frontend... Or with a search profile in the agent frontend...

You need to add those headers in the SysConfig PostmasterX::Headers and add some code in Kernel/System/PostMaster/NewTicket.pm to handle those cases...

Ich würde von Benutzerspezifischen Queues abraten. Wenn die Übersichten zu unübersichtlich werden, kann man Suchvorlagen nutzen oder die Filter im Dashboard (Meine Tickets, Alle Tickets, ...) und so die Ansichten einschränken...

It seems you activated one SysConfig option (Ticket::CustomModule###001-CustomModule) without providing an exisiting Kernel/System/Ticket/Custom.pm. You should deactivate that option (unless you have a custom module).

No, that is the ticket title... If you want to change the label for each occurence of Title, you could change the translation file.
