In my Active directory there is no email address mapped to the user.
How to map customer users without email id ?

OTRS integration with two different Active Directory Forest
Hi All,
My existing AD is integrated with OTRS and it is working. We are migrating to new AD , for this I want to configure OTRS so that it should integrate with both the active directories.
Can anyone please help ?

I removed FAQ and installed with FAQ 2.0.1 on OTRS 3.0.4. Again the issue is same. Sometime FAQ articles/subcategories are opening. Otherwise most of the time it is givining error " Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage ". I tried with different machines and it is giving same error....

In Dashboard of OTRS 3.0.4 all (new, closed,pending, reminder) tickets are visible to Agents.
I want only New and Open tickets should visible. I tried a lot but missing something.
Please help me out to resolve this issue.
