Ich verstehe jedoch nicht an welcher Stelle der Loop Header gesetzt werden soll? Schon beim dem ersten Filtern? Wie hast du dieses Problem gelöst? Da kann ich dir leider gerade nicht direkt weiterhelfen - ich filtere garnicht auf Autoresponder... Nachdem wir ein reiner Inbound-Helpdesk sind, haben ...

Ich habe dazu vor geraumer Zeit Mal einen Bug auch reported (http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9400) - vielleicht willst du das ja nochmal "offiziell" verpacken, damit das im nächsten Release einzug hält?

X-OTRS-Ignore ignoriert tatsächlich die gesamte Mail, legt kein Ticket an und wirft die Mail weg. Die Bedingung musst du dir selbst ausdenken... Du könntest beispielsweise das Feld Subject (Betreff) auf "Out of Office" filtern lassen... Ich wäre jedoch mit dem direkten Wegwerfen von Mails ...
