Sorry, my coding skills are not great. Could you elaborate on where the "customer custom field" is within your posted example in this forum? We really want to get the integration between zenoss and otrs as solid as possible, so any additional pointers you have would be greatly appreciated....

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I ran it using this variable string:

./SetPermissions.pl --otrs-user=otrs --web-user=www-data --web-group=www-data /usr/share/otrs

Does this look right, is something missing?

Hello Community, I am trying to do a fresh/clean install of 2.4.7 on Ubuntu 10.04 and have a problem when I attempt to use http://10.20.30.10/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminPackageManager. The problem is "ERROR: Need write permission in OTRS home" which I have read is documented in the bug list...
