there is no automatic closing notification which is used by default. Please also don't hijack other threads.

CustomerUser is a mandatory field in the data model of OTRS. So it is not possible top have it optional

Du kannst den Titel des Tickets über den Postmasterfilter anpassen. Allerdings ist die 3.2. seit einigen Jahren nicht mehr supported und erhält auch keine Sicherheitsupdates.

3.0.x is outdated since years and has several severe security issues. Actual version is OTRS6, also OTRS4 and OTRS5 receive security bugfixes

ja, eine aktuellere Version von OTRS würde wahrscheinlich helfen. Mal davon abgesehen das Du ein absolut veraltetes und unsicheres Patchlevel nutzt.

Normalerweise braucht OTRS kein Fetchmail, Du musst auch die Config.pm nicht bearbeiten um die entsprechenden Werte zu ändern. Ich empfehle DIr die dringende Lektüre das Admin Handbuches, den Besuch einer Adminschulung oder professionelle Einführungsunterstützung

Erstmal solltest Du dringend updaten, alles vor OTRS4 bekommt keine Security Updates nehr und es gibt einige offene, starke Schwachstellen!

im xml storage sind Hauptsächlich die configuration items. Aber was sind schon mehrere GB an Daten in der Datenbank? Wenn das sauber betrieben wird ist kein Thema. Langsames OTRS -> schlechte Systemausstattung, falsch eingestellte Virtualisierung, zu langsamer Cache

AdminMail ist not the Mailaddress used for Queues. You have to add all mail addresses in the admin panel and assign the queue the correct address

Es liegt an Eurem Setup, Latin1 wird seit einigen Versionen nicht unterstützt, sondern ausschliesslich utf8 (Das support assessement center gibt auch entsprechende Fehlermeldungen aus)
