Visto che sono da solo su questo forum parto anche con una secondo domanda.... se volessi inserire ulteriori dati per il cliente come faccio? Voglio aggiungere un altro campo per esempio hardware a disposizione che venga visualizzato come tutti gli altri dettagli cliente.

qualcuno mi sa dire se esiste un modo per modificare un ticket già cerato? Non voglio aggungere un nuovo intervento ma modificare il testo inserito nel ticket. Grazie
