yes that's what I need, however if there were some free addon, or if I could create a condition on the frontend that would list the customers would be better

I'm implementing otrs in the company that I work for and they have requested me a demand that I have not been able to resolve yet.
How to change, for an agent to see in the Customer User field only the customers who are in the same group as he is when creating a call via phone or email?

Using REST for external backend
Hi I'm new to the OTRS world. I am using OTRS 6.0.5, however I am having difficulty finding a solution to my problem. Is there any way to make use of REST to access agents from an external database to log in and get your data? I only found the option to manage directly by the external bank or by LDAP.
