Thanks for the headsup on the new XML format and update script.
After the Rebuild anc Cache clean (as per you r outher referenced links), it worked, I now have anew skin to edit as I see fit.
Nonetheless, I stil have those YAML errors when I try to rebuild the config. Any pointers on that?

So... the lis that appears on OTRS in Customer Users is only a LDAP query result, not an internal DB query? Tha data is not copied to the OTRS DB at all??

I just tried out the Master/Slave funcionality. I still have to test ticket interaction (reply, close) to see if it replicates the info from the Master to the Slave(s), but this seems to be the answer to my problem. Hi guys,
I have been searching everywhere, but can't find this...
Is is possible to add more ticket states to the Status View page, instead of just the standard open/closed?
I wanted to quickly view open, close, merged and pending tickets, in their own "tabs".
