Hello, is possible to default sorting order when printing ticket?
My boss ask the PDF have to start from the first article and so on 'till the ticket closure.

X-axis labels in statistic bargraph
Hello all I have fully working statistics but I found a strange behavior that I can'n undertand. In statistic bargraph if the X axis contain more than 8 elements label are shown only every second column this is the screenshot stat1.png If I remove one column I can see every column's label stat2.png ...

Finally I successfully done the ACL, using this syntax otrs.png but is not working as I expect... In ticket type list is filetring well, but all stats and graph are still showing all types. there's a way to split otrs like multicompany software? I mean like an cloud instance... I think they have one...
