Hello, I was updated OTRS from 5 to 6. However, garbled characters occurred with some type of mail after upgrading. This mail of characters code type was ISO-2022-JP. I have OTRS5 system. In my case, these emails doesn't have a domain name or disable a domain name.

But, I get no idea of that.
We are saving article drafts in notepad.
Can we have a draft in OTRS platform?
