otrs.CheckModules.pl

Hi,
when i install otrs and start "otrs.CheckModules.pl" i get the message: Can't locate Linux / Distribution.pm in @INC
Has this happened to anyone before?

Hi,
thanks for your advice.
I thought I would delete attachments without problems by deleting them from "article_attachment".
My table is InnoDB and unfortunately I cannot expand the space because the server is cloud.
Can't I delete attachments?

I have restarted the otrs service but without resolving.

I use Email outbound in order to answer to a ticket. Using this function, the client didn’t receive the original request when i use Reply>empty answer.
Is it possible that he sees the original request after my answer?
