Im Makro steht nichts von dem Characterset. Wenn du eine CSV mit Excel erstellst musst du sie für den Import von ANSI auf UTF8 (ohne BOM) konvertieren. Das kannst du auch manuell mit Texteditoren wie Notepad++ machen.

Ist deine Import CSV UTF8 codiert?

Wie wurde die CSV Datei erstellt?

After some failed csv imports we are stuck with duplicate entries for the same items.
Is there an easy way to delete CIs with the same name?

We use OTRS::ITSM 5.0.23

OTRS doesn't change title of ticket

Hello, I'm experiencing some problems with my otrs configuration. Changing the title in free fields does not change the title of the ticket in the status view. However clicking on the ticket shows the changed title in the ticket view. Everytime a title gets changed the system log says something like...

You could use the Generic Agent to create a new rule.

Eventbased Execution
Trigger -> Ticket - TicketOwnerUpdate

Update/Add Ticket Attributes
Set new ticket lock: unlock
