The problem is configuration: sistem -> Framework → Core::Sendmail and change the option to SendMail to Sendmail Module.

Buenos días, A mi me pasaba lo mismo. Terminé irradicando el problema yendo a Configuración del sistema -> Framework → Core::Sendmail y poniendo a SendMail la opción SendmailModule. Un saludo.
