I'm new to the forum, I'm watching the program run, I set up the automatic creation of tickets at arrival on the mail, but sorting can only be done through different mailboxes or through the queue so you can do just one Tail cases?

Buongiorno a tutti :D sono nuovo del forum, sto guardando il funzionamento del programma, ho impostato la creazione automatica dei ticket direttamente all'arrivo delle mail, ma lo smistamento può essere fatto solo attraverso caselle mail differenti o attraverso la coda cosi ma a quel punto puoi fare...
