Error after upgrade OTRS:ITSM from patch 07 to 22

Hello,
Could you pls take a look on my problem after upgrade my OTRS:ITSM.
When I click on ticket in Customer.pl interface. One error happened.
It seem related cache but after clean cache, rebuild configure error still there.

I am creating some processes and they are using same Activities Name, Activity Dialogs Name.... Could we re-use Activityes Name for many processes or we need re-define new one?

Hello,
I am using OTRS 5s patch level 18.
Can i have a save button in create new ticket windows which will help Customer can save ticket on modifying without submit.
After complete the modifying, they can submit later on.

It seems you activated one SysConfig option (Ticket::CustomModule###001-CustomModule) without providing an exisiting Kernel/System/Ticket/Custom.pm. What do you mean? The saving process takes a long time, or the changes take some time to take affect (effect?) ? The saving usualy takes a couple of seconds (up to 10s or more). That's because OTRS parses your changes, compares them to the defaults and creates it's "current config" files....

Could someone help me fix this issue.
When I change any configuration in Amin/Sysconfig in web interface, the effecting will be very slow applied to system.
I need restart httpd service and changing will applied.
I don't know what's happened.
