Is there a way to connect config items with dynamic fields? (maybe create some form of auto-completion in the dynamic fields (like a drop-down list with some CIs or a search field))?

I forgot to mention we are using KIX4OTRS module. We tried changing the same files as you mentioned above but KIX4OTRS (KIX4OTRS/Kernel/..) was missing CustomerTicketPrint and thse modules in Ticket.pm. Is there a possibility KIX4OTRS is the problem?

Can i change the Print output? I want to use the Print action (AgentTicketPrint) to print information i need. (certain Dynamic Fields to be precise)
