Hello, Can I avoid re-open ticket when they are already closed? I know if the client answer the email that already has a ticket number in the subject it will add the answer to the ticket. Send Emails issue

Hello,

How the send emails feature works?

It is only working in a Intranet using company emails but when I tried to send an email to gmail for example it fails: "reason: 550 Host unknown."
However our outlook allows us to send external emails.

Hi, For MX Checker do you mean a field called CheckMXRecord? I attached a photo of it. I changed it to No. I'm not able to unchecked it but I set in no, however it doesn't worked. Is still mandatory. I have installed KIXCore and KIX4OTRS, I don't know if that is the reason why is disable to unchecke...

I don't received the error.... but also I don't received the emails haha

Hello,

When I try to answer an email or reset a password in the client side, this error appears: No such binary: /usr/sbin/sendmail!

This looks empty in the server side
>ls -l /usr/sbin/sendmail*

and there is any folder like this:
/etc/postfix/

we reset server, what could be changed?

Is it a way to re-open a ticket?
I mean if a ticket is already closed but the client send an email OTRS doesn't alert me right now, so I want to be notify.

Hi, I need to upload some information as ticket. What is needed to be considered in order to create a ticket by insert statement? Perl issue after install KIX4OTRS

Hi,
I installed first KIXCore, then when I installed KIX4OTRS I received this error:
ERROR: OTRS-otrs.Console.pl-Admin::Package::Install-95 Perl: 5.16.3 OS: linux

If I go to Package manager by the webpage KIX4OTRS appears like "correctly" installed.

Is this error affect something?

Hi,
I installed a otrs-5.0.7-01.noarch.rpm version but when I tried to install KIX4OTRS I received errors due to framework and version don't match.

How can I uninstall otrs in order to install the lasted version?

I'm using centos so I´m connecting the server by putty
