I am trying to install any package in OTRS version 5.0.15, it completes the installation and gives no error.

However when I get back in the package manager there is a message that the package was not installed correctly.

Gostaria de uma ajuda.

Estou tentando instalar qualquer pacote no OTRS versão 5.0.15, ele completa a instalação e não dá erro nenhum.

Porém quando volto no gerenciador de pacote tem uma mensagem que o pacote não foi instalado corretamente.
