To anyone out searching for the answer I finally figured something out at least. The identifier on the import can not start with a number 0. You can not use the CONFIGITEM# as your identifier. once I created a uniqueID and started it with the Alphabet, I was able to get the record to update instead ...

I'm looking for a similar answer. I have my equipment on my WAN send alerts directly to the otrs user. I can see the mail get into the otrs users mailbox then disappear moments later, but a ticket is never generated and nothing in the logs. I am migrating from Debian to Centos 6.7 and it worked prop...
