OTRS does not automatically receive mail from mailbox

I have an OTRS 5 installed and from time to time the emails from my mailbox are not downloaded unless I force going into "Administration> Email postmaster".

Anyone have any idea what it might be?

I noticed that in version 5 of OTRS there is no specific crontab for this.

My OTRS not get the emails automatically from the e-mail box.

When I get to manually download the messages arrive.

I checked the Daemon :: :: Task SchedulerCronTaskManager ### MailAccountFetch is enabled.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

I created a dynamic field and added in response to customer/ticket.

Every ticket update the dynamic field is filled in. However I can not view the information entered earlier.

Utilizo o applience disponível no site do OTRS. No entanto não consegui obter as informações, pois quando estava fazendo um teste, o otrs consumiu muito recurso e derrubou meu host físico, precisarei reinstalar para sanar de ma vez esse problema.

Primeiro eu criei um campo dinâmico, e habilitei para que fosse exibido no opção "E-mail de saída":

Eu consegui achar essa opção e configurar, no entanto não consegui nenhuma forma, para que fosse feito um cálculo de início e fim, e partir disso ser definido o "work units". Você conhece alguma forma?
