Hi Everyone I want to implement some kind of kpi system according to OTRS tickets history. I've managed to process ticket_history table for scoring of following events: 1 - NewTicket 8 - SendAnswer 16 - Move 23 - OwnerUpdate 27 - StateUpdate 11 - EmailAgent 13 - PhoneCallAgent But I can't find event...

Don't use that blogpost, it uses the old rpc.pl which is a lot worse than the generic interface

Problem with charset in SOAP rpc call. OTRS 4.0.6
Good day, I'm trying to setup recurring task from isc according to http://blog.otrs.org/2010/11/11/proof-of-concept-creating-reoccuring-tickets-for-task/ System made SOAP call to server, Sending request, getting ticket ID. But can not find queue No QueueID for 'ÐÑÑ

This is really a nice feature. I added all fields I need. The blank fields are now available at agents preferences. But I stuck on the Config.pm-settings to sync the new data from AD.
